How it works

From live camera to logged incident, in four steps.

  1. 1 Live monitoring Operators watch your cameras on a 16 screen video wall.
  2. 2 Analytics Analytics help flag stopped vehicles, incursions and pedestrians.
  3. 3 TSS only Incidents go straight to the TSS, who stops works and passes it on. One clear line of communication.
  4. 4 Logged in LENSE Every incident is logged with evidence, with reports and KPIs on your own dashboard.
Built for safety, not volume

Staffed like the safety critical job it is.

We set operator numbers by what the scheme needs, never by how many cameras we can fit on a screen.

12 hour shifts
4 on, 4 off, with changeover at 6am and 6pm.
Supervised
A supervisor on every shift, and management on call nights and weekends.
Up to 40 cameras
The most any operator watches, with fewer where the scheme demands it.
Room to scale
Capacity for 600+ cameras, with more available when you need it.

Frequently asked questions

Thinking of monitoring with us?

Show all 9 questionsHide questions
How do we start monitoring a scheme with you?

Get in touch with the scheme details and we'll talk through the cameras, locations and timescales. We then connect to your cameras through your CCTV supplier and agree contacts and escalation with your team before we go live.

How quickly can you go live?

We can go live within 24 hours, once we have access to your cameras and have agreed contacts and escalation with your team.

Can we keep our own CCTV supplier?

Yes. We work with your preferred CCTV supplier, so you don't need to change anything on site.

Where is our footage stored?

Client footage stays on a dedicated NVR. Our system is view and playback only.

How many cameras does each operator watch?

No more than 40, and as few as 20 where the scheme demands it. We set numbers by what the scheme needs, never by how many cameras fit on a screen.

What happens when an operator spots an incident?

The operator dispatches free recovery, notifies National Highways and contacts the TSS. Every incident is then logged in LENSE with evidence.

Can we see what's happening on our scheme?

Yes. Your LENSE dashboard shows live KPIs, reports and CCTV recordings for each of your schemes.

Can we add or remove schemes?

Yes. You can add or remove schemes as your work changes, and there's room to scale when you need it.
